Curating your Fall Joy List: 40 ideas to help build your list.

Fall has a officially started and I’m putting the finishing touches on our Fall Joy List. Joy list, bucket list, live list whatever you want to call it, it’s a fun way to try to live intentionally in the current season. We fill our list with a lot of traditions that we love to do year after year, and try to add a few fun new things to try. Our list reminds us to live in the moment, savor the season, celebrate the little joys and make memories together. I especially love fall activities because so many of them are in nature or about getting cozy!

I also love to make a Mama Joy List for Fall full of all the little things that bring me joy in the season, as well as a few new things to try.

Here is a list of 40 items you may want to add to your joy list, pick and choose and add your own special traditions! I love to have activities, acts of kindness, adventures and foods on our list.

The lists shouldn’t be a source of stress. When you curate your list make it doable and personal. It should be all about what brings you joy this season, and what you realistically can fit into your schedule! I love trying new things, but we can’t do it all! A joy list should remind us to slow down and carve out time for activities and people we love! The weeks and months seem to fly by, and having a joy list always helps me be a little more intentional.
