Fall Joy List

The first day of fall is quickly approaching and to say I’m excited would be a major understatement. It actually felt like fall today, which had me itching to break out the sweaters and make a pot of soup. Of course it’s Kansas weather I’m dealing with, so it’ll feel like summer again tomorrow. None the less it is time to release the Beisel Fall 2020 Joy List. Our Joy List is just our seasonal bucket list. I call it a joy list because it’s a collection of traditions and new things we want to try during the season to really find joy in the season. For me the list is an invitation to live a little more intentionally and to make creating family memories a priority. I love to share our joy lists to give ideas and inspiration. I love to look at other lists for fun ideas to try. But I truly believe joy lists should be unique to each family/person, because what brings us joy might not be exciting to y’all. When you make your list ask yourself…

What are the top 5-10 things I would be sad to not do as a family this fall?

What have we done in the past that we all enjoyed and would want to do again?

What have we never tried, but sounds fun?

Keep in mind that the list is just a group of fun ideas and don’t put pressure on yourself or your family…remember it’s about joy and memory making! You can download our list below or you can download a blank copy to make your own.

One thing that I’ve started doing the last couple years is a Joy List for me…little things that will fill me up and help me enjoy the season.

Things are definitely different right now, so I think a joy list might be exactly what you need!

What is on your joy list this season?
